violatione of the dong long frontier have alresoy been the

subject of protess by the British Consul-General at Center, who

hes wired the Juponese authorities that further violations may

result in the offending aircraft being fired upon. In these

circ astɛnees, und winee some weeks have now elapsed since the

laat reported violation, it would not appear necessary for a
